Chiedu Ejeckam
With his University Degree in Economics from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, and brief post-NYSC professional contract stints with the Compaq Computer Corporation in Houston, J.P. MORGANCHASE Bank Call Centre in Katy – Texas, and a core Treasury marketing position with Citizens International Bank – Lagos, Chiedu Ejeckam has spent the last 20 years in a financial services career in Fidelity Bank’s former-subsidiary businesses.
In Feb 2004 he joined Fidelity Bank and was immediately seconded to Fidelity Securities Ltd. (now FSL Securities Ltd.) where he rose to the position of Deputy Manager and Business Development Head. In his time in FSL Securities, he served in various capacities ranging from Operations to Shares Certificate Processing to Business Development where he managed FSL’s HNI stock market investor clientele.
In April of 2014, Chiedu transitioned to Fidelity Pension Managers as Head, HNI & Large Corporates, and by February 2018 became an Assistant General Manager. He later became the Head of Strategy and Institutional Business by 2022, and, in the following year, rose to the role of Group Head – Business Development Lagos & Southwest Region.
Chiedu Ejeckam is married with 3 children.
